good left handed guitar for metal?
i play stuff like bullet for my valentine, avenged sevenfold, metallica, HIM, disturbed, atreyu, ozzy, dio, black sabbath, godsmack, killswitch engage, lamb of god, megadeath, nightwish, all that remains, cold, shinedown, system of a down, and tool (i wanted to be specific) and i don’t have allot of money but ive herd allot of good stuff about this http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Axl-Mayhem-Lefty-Jacknife-Electric-Guitar-?sku=512167 and if the pickups aren’t that great i was thinking about putting this http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/EMG-P92-HZ-Vintage-Passive-Humbucker?sku=308016 and this http://accessories.musiciansfriend.com/product/EMG-P91-HZ-Hot-Passive-Humbucker?sku=308015 in it should i? or is there a better guitar that’s about the same price (im a lefty and my local shops don’t have Lefty’s so going to a shop to test out a guitar is out of the question) and i don’t want a guitar with a locking Trem because ill be changing my tuning alot
The pickups are not bad but I would use Seymour Duncan over EMG anytime.
As for the guitar, you had better try it good before buying it. Don’t forget that you can only play standing up with this guitar. Many pros use it as a second guitar but have other guitars for practice.
Have a look at the Jackson Dinky model. That guitar comes equipped with Seymour Duncan, 24 frets and one of the fastest playing neck . They also have a Flying V model.
